Where do we ship our products?

We ship in Canada only. We do not ship internationally at this time.

How is shipping calculated?

The majority of our orders that are 10lbs and under ship via standard Ground through Canada Post. Orders greater than 10lbs are ship via UPS Domestic Shipping. Shipping charges are based on flat rates and are calculated at time of checkout.

Processing Time

We do not process orders on Saturday or Sunday. Orders placed on the weekend are processed on the next business day. If Monday falls on a holiday, then it'll be processed the next business day.

Delivery Guarantees

We do not guarantee arrival times for any shipment. If your expedited package has been received later than expected, please file a complaint with the shipping carrier. 

Missing Items

All orders with missing item(s) must be reported to us within 3 days of receiving the package.

Incorrect Address

If an order is placed to the wrong destination, or an address is entered incorrectly, that order is considered to have an Incorrect Address. 

  • It is the customers responsibility to input the correct shipping address when placing an order.

  • If a customer requests an address change while the package is in transit - at no fault of Koncept Sign Group - then there will be a fee added at time of request.

What to do in case of damage

  • DO NOT RETURN DAMAGED MERCHANDISE. Please inspect all package contents for damages upon arrival. If damage is found, please submit our online return/claim form on our website, within 5 business days and at our discretion we will make the proper arrangements..

  • Save the damaged shipping box(es) and internal packaging.

Order Cancellations & Modifications

Due to our efforts to ensure that you receive your order as quickly and accurately as possible, we are unable to cancel or make changes to your order after you have placed it with us.

Lost or Unreceived Packages

In the unlikely event your package is lost or unreceived by Canada Post or UPS, then you'll need to file a new claim as soon as possible.

  • Koncept Sign Group Inc. is NOT responsible for lost or unreceived packages. 

  • Koncept Sign Group Inc.  will NOT file an insurance claim on your behalf.

  • Credit card chargebacks and Stripe disputes made due to lost or unreceived packages will be handled with the fullest extent of the law.

  • Refunds will not be given for delays on Ground shipments.

  • Refunds will not be given for late deliveries due to Acts of God (weather-related, etc) on Guaranteed, 3 Day, 2 Day or Next Day shipments. Please reference our terms of services page for more information.
